Vintage Christmas Goodness On eBay!

Last week I gathered up all the vintage Christmas stuff I've been hoarding all year and we got it ready to list. I've been slowly working on it, so expect more to come! Here's some of what I've got listed on eBay at the moment, some at auction and some at fixed price:

Vintage 12" Chalkware Bank Santa Claus Figurine Statue
(check out what the bid is up to already - WOW!)

Hey Mitzi :)
Love these! I'm curious as to what camera you use, you pictures are great, so sharp and clear. Any tips on how to take such wonderful pictures?

Lots of snow here north of you and very cold. stay warm and Merry Christmas!

Hi Rita, it's funny that you ask me that, I am actually looking into getting a new camera right now! The one I have used for the last 3 years is a Nikon Coolpix L12 - it is 7.1 megapixels. I'm having trouble with it not wanting to work well in macro mode (close up shots) and I have been spending more time in Photoshop editing the photos for color correctness and sharpness than I used to. But we have used that camera nearly every day - we have definitely gotten our money's worth!

I'm looking at 12 megapixel cameras now, from Canon and Nikon. I'll let you know what I end up with :)

Hi Mitzi :)
I'm using a Cannon Rebel XTi. I would like to get a micro lens for it even though it has the micro setting. My son is a camera buff and tells me that I will get much better shots if I get the lens. I will be interested in seeing what you get and how it works out for you. :)

I am looking for some of those vintage starburst tinsel ball ornaments. Does anyone know where I can find some?
