Animal Plackers - from American Greetings... Now, are those not the weirdest - but coolest - things you have seen in a while? 2 foot tall paper dead animal head decorations designed for kids parties? They must not have been very popular, because I could find ZERO mention of them anywhere on the web. I saw them and I immediately though of the current taxidermy chic trend - these fit right in, only in a less creepy, more kitsch-tastic way... I was SO tempted to keep one, but made myself list them both!

Another amazing haul of quirky, quality vintage. I especially adore those taxidermy decorations! I can only hope to find such awesomeness one day...
