Old School Sesame Street is on DVD!
But apparently, kids aren't supposed to watch it. Unscrupulous characters like my old favorite, Oscar the Grouch, are no longer appropriate for kids:

Hi Mitzi! Found you by way of Sweetheartville. How ridiculous is this political correction of Sesame Street? They make it sound like it USED to be more like Avenue Q--instead of being its inspiration.
Ridiculous indeed! What's the world coming to? I have to say that even though it makes me feel old. ;)
